Our annual base price starts at $2,300. We tailor solutions to your needs, so additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of services, the number of locations, as well as travel expenses. This way, you only pay for what truly benefits your organization. *Pricing Effective January 2025
Reimbursable Fees
Please note that, in addition to the Accreditation Fee, clients are responsible for reimbursing travel and related expenses incurred by our surveyors. Typical reimbursable items include:
- Coach airfare
- Mid range hotel accommodations
- Meals up to $50 per day
- Midsize rental car or taxi fares
- Travel time to/from your facility billed at $50 per hour
- Airport parking fees
- Mileage at the current IRS rate
- Miscellaneous charges such as road tolls
